Hi there! My name is Caroline Johns and I am a Fashion professional currently living my dream working in the industry in New York City.
Fashion has always been my passion and an industry that has fascinated me since childhood. The way that art is brought to life with different designs and collections is a beautiful display of creation and something that I have always cherished.
I hold a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Apparel Design from Georgia Southern University (2018-2022). After graduation, I moved to New York City in the summer of 2022 to pursue my dream of working in the dynamic fashion industry.
My journey began with an internship at Clergeriè Paris, where I had the privilege of working one-on-one in a beautiful showroom located in Hudson Yards, NYC. This experience provided me with valuable insights into the fashion world and solidified my passion for the industry.
Following my internship, I secured a full-time position as a Wholesale Account Representative with Baci Fashion, an Italian sustainable brand. In this role, I traveled to trade shows across the US, building and nurturing buyer relationships. My dedication and hard work led to a promotion to Account Manager, where I expanded my responsibilities to include e-commerce and marketing strategies, while managing West Coast and Midwest accounts.
This role has not only enhanced my understanding of the industry but also ignited my passion for both fashion and design. I have grown to appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating collections each season, and I am excited about the prospect of returning to my design roots in the fashion capital of the world, NYC.
